Walk and Talk:
This health walk initiative by the mid argyll time bank meets every wednesday lunchtime at 1:15 at the memorial on the front green in Lochgilphead.  We usually walk the canal circuit and are back by 2:00.  All are welcome to join in.   There are a few surprise walks and picnics planned for summer.  If you enjoy walking in company and gettting fit, come along.
