Election of Office Bearers
M Malloy explained that the election of office bearers had been postponed from the November 11 meeting to allow new members time to settle in. The interim office bearers all stood down.
The minutes of the AGM held on 30/11/10 were read out and adopted as being accurate.
Proposed by: B Martin Seconded by K McIntyre
The following office bearers were nominated:
Chair: M Malloy nominated by B Martin and seconded by J MacFarlane
Vice Chair: Andy Harper nominated by J MacFarlane and seconded by M Malloy
Secretary: Duncan Martin nominated by M Malloy and seconded by B Martin
Assistant secretary: Jessie MacFarlane nominated by M Malloy and seconded by K McIntyre
Treasurer: Kenny McIntyre nominated by J MacFarlane and seconded by M Malloy
No other nominations were received and the office bearers were confirmed as detailed above.
