Subcommittee to look at Oban Community Action Plan
1. The committee shall be known as Oban Community Action Plan Steering Group (OCAPST)
2. OCAPST is a time limited working group which will disband after the launch of the Oban Community Plan.
3. Membership will be drawn from OCC, Soroba Community Association, Glencruitten Residents Association, Ganavan Residents Association and Argyll & Bute Councillors representing the wards of Oban North and Lorn and Oban South and Islands . Individuals ordinarily resident in Oban may also Representatives from public and voluntary sector organisations in attendance at meetings act in an advisory capacity only and do not take part in the decision making process.
4. OCAPST is a subcommittee of Oban Community Council (OCC) and a report of activity must be submitted to each OCC meeting held during the lifetime of the subcommittee.
