The Toy Cupboard has twice weekly sessions. On Tuesdays during school term time it is held in the Undercroft at Glencruitten Churh Centre, Glencruitten Road,Oban from 1.30pm until 3.30pm and on Fridays all year round in the Main Hall at the Centre from 10am until 12 noon.
The Toy Cupboard is a registered Scottish charity ( SCO 19837 ) and operates as a toy lending library. Annual membership is £3.00 for families and child minders and £10.00 for groups. £1 registration per family per session is now charged to assist with running costs. Tea, Coffee, Juice, Biscuits available small donation for supplies to be put in tub on tea table.
Toys, games, puzzles, climbing frame/shute,ride ons, assortment of baby sit-ins including swings(hire 50p per week) books (25p per week) are suitable for babies until age approximately six years; although all children are welcome. We find in school holidays big brothers and sisters enjoy coming to the Toy Cupboard, especially when we are outdoors during the summer. Toys are selected by removing sleeve from folder and giving to Cynthia to book out against name on computer. We have an Airflow: great for parties: hire £10 per week. Portable DVD players are for hire with a selection of DVDs hire is also £10 per week.
Children can play with toys during sessions, please let us know if your child requires specialised toys as those can be added to our stock, Kay Anita or Cynthia are Toy Cupbord employees and will take any suggestions for Toys or any other aspect of running the Toy Cupboard, as will any Management Committee team member.

Minute Secretary: Eileen Crowe; Toy Librarian Cynthia McKeown; Committee Members Anita Carson and Lyndsay Elliot. Involving members with informal business forums at Toy Cupboard sessions, as was held immediatly after the AGM in December, proved a great success and will therefore be repeated throughout the year.
